As a founding partner at BlueOutlier, Lance focuses on placing senior go to market and operational leaders across high growth technology companies.

He partners with founders and executive teams on critical hires at both the executive and functional level, with a focus on roles where execution, leadership, and commercial impact are tightly linked. His work spans early-stage startups through enterprise organizations, where he is often brought in to help define the role as much as fill it.

Lance brings more than 20 years of sales and leadership experience, giving him a strong ability to assess talent, build trust quickly, and drive searches forward with urgency and precision. He is known for managing searches end to end and consistently closing complex, high stakes roles.

Prior to executive search, Lance spent over a decade in the medical device industry, rising to Sales Director and earning multiple sales excellence awards. His background as an operator informs his approach and gives him a practical understanding of what it takes to succeed in demanding commercial roles.
